Renovation of three restroom banks on the third floor of the existing Broadway Edison Building. All floor, wall and ceiling finishes were replaced, along with all plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures and mechanical equipment. The work covered approximately 1,950 square feet, including the base bid and alternate.
