Sammamish High School Tenant Improvement

A second-floor tenant improvement at Sammamish High School, replacing the existing girls’, boys’ and staff restrooms with ten universal single-occupant toilet rooms, including two accessible restrooms. The renovation also created shared handwashing areas and a wellness room.

Work included selective demolition, new partitions, doors and finishes, plumbing and electrical modifications, and ceiling removal and replacement to accommodate the new layout.
