UW HSC RR Wing 7th Floor Neurosurgery Lab Remodel

Renovation of approximately 660 square feet of existing wet lab and office space into a new modernized lab divided into three distinct spaces. The existing walls, floor coverings, ceilings, lab counter, sinks, and mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems were demolished, and three new spaces were constructed including new walls, floor coverings, ACT and GWB ceilings, paint, doors, interior glazing systems, finishes throughout, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and modification of existing fire protection system. This single phased project is located on the 7th floor of the RR Wing in the Health Sciences Building.
